1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if:
- The order has not been processed yet
- You provided incorrect Player ID and the top-up failed
- Technical issues prevent us from completing the order
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- The order has been successfully delivered
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- Your game account is banned or restricted
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours with your Order ID and payment details.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before processing. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
